Order and delivery enquiries

For an order enquiry, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged, incomplete, or different from the selected option, attach clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, item, and affected area. Do not send complete card numbers, account passwords, or identity documents by ordinary email.

Return requests

Contact us before sending an item back. The address printed on a parcel is not automatically an approved return address. After reviewing eligibility, we will provide instructions. The published return address and full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
