Use your shipping confirmation

When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation email contains the carrier name, tracking number, or a tracking link. Open that link to view the carrier’s latest scan. A label-created event means the shipment information has been submitted; it may take additional time for the carrier to record the first physical scan.

If tracking has not updated

Carrier scans can pause during handoffs, weekends, peak periods, weather disruption, or customs processing. Check the delivery estimate in the order message and allow time for the next scan. If the estimate has passed or the carrier reports a delivery exception, contact us with the order number.

If tracking says delivered

Check the delivery location, mailbox, household members, building staff, and safe places around the address. Confirm that the checkout address was correct. If the parcel remains missing, contact the carrier and email support@pelineq.com with the order number and tracking details.

Protect your information

We may ask for order details to locate a shipment, but we will not ask you to send a full payment-card number or account password by email.
