Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of pelineq.com and purchases from pelineq. pelineq is the online storefront operated by Shenqiu County Qidaiyuan Department Store. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page.
1. Store use
You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You may not interfere with store security, access another customer’s account, introduce malicious code, scrape the service unlawfully, or use store content to mislead others.
2. Product information
We aim to describe product dimensions, materials, colors, power methods, package contents, and intended use accurately. Screen and room conditions can affect color. Product specifications and availability can change before an order is accepted. Room-scene objects are not included unless the listing states they are included.
3. Prices, orders, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency presented by the store or checkout. Shipping, tax, duties, and the final total are shown before submission when applicable. An order is a request to purchase. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for stock problems, listing or pricing errors, failed authorization, fraud concerns, legal restrictions, or unauthorized resale. If a paid order is cancelled, we will arrange a refund to the original method.
4. Delivery, returns, and refunds
The Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies form part of these Terms. Confirmed orders are generally processed within 3 business days; delivery after dispatch is estimated at 5–15 business days and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are processed by us within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected; the payment provider may need additional posting time. Do not send a return until instructions have been provided.
5. Safe and intended use
Follow the product instructions and warnings. Furniture must be assembled and used on an appropriate surface, and electrical or rechargeable items must use a compatible power source. Stop using a damaged product. Decorative lighting is not emergency or primary safety lighting.
6. Intellectual property
Store text, layout, logos, graphics, and original materials belong to pelineq, its operator, or licensors. You may view them for personal shopping, but may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission or another lawful basis.
7. Third-party services
The store uses third parties including Shopify and may use payment, analytics, fulfillment, shipping, support, or advertising providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. Links to third-party sites do not mean we control or endorse all external content.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an available basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Our liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or purchases from it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in California, United States. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
10. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms when the store, products, or legal requirements change. The revised version applies when published on this page. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
